Showcasing Ontario’s Hidden Gems with a Dynamic New Brand and Website
After developing a successful online destination web portal to promote the areas in central and northern Ontario, 400Eleven.com decided to pivot to become an online destination for all of Ontario. Starting from scratch, ToDo Ontario required a new brand identity and a new website to raise awareness and showcase destination and event information.
/solution
A new brand identity was designed. A WordPress website was also developed based on Regional Tourism Organization regions. The site had blog functionality to allow for a homepage feed and categorized feed on regional pages; Adspace functionality was included as was a customized, clickable map of the RTO regions, linked to regional pages housing destination information. Social graphics were designed to entice followers to learn more about contests, giveaways, and upcoming events.
Results
ToDo Ontario has become the leading source for destinations, events, and places to stay, dine and visit in all regions across Ontario—showcasing everything the province has to offer, in one convenient location.
